This is a follow-up treatment appointment for individuals who have been assessed by Kelly Small. Please only use this appointment if you have recently been assessed by Kelly within the last 3 months. If this is your first appointment postpartum, please select the postpartum assessment for returning patients. 45 minutes is typically recommended.
